Month 1: Kana and survival vocabulary
Spend the first two weeks on hiragana and katakana — one row a day, with daily review. Then start the 200 most common N5 words.
Month 2: Grammar and particles
Work through one grammar point per day. Write three example sentences for each.
Month 3: Mock exams
Take a timed mock exam every weekend and review every mistake.
